Getting started

Where are you located?: Our shop is at 1107 Bacons Bridge Rd, Summerville, SC 29485. We travel to homes and businesses across Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties and the sea islands.
What are your hours?: Sunday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM, Friday 8AM to 3PM. We're closed Saturday.
How do I book an appointment?: Call us at (843) 258-9327 or use the Book Online page — pick a day and a 2-hour arrival window and we'll confirm with you.
Do you charge for estimates?: No. Estimates are free anywhere in our service area, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
How fast can you get out here?: Most jobs are scheduled within 2-3 business days. Storm damage and doors that won't close get priority when we can.

What kind of screen should I use?: Standard fiberglass for most windows, no-see-um mesh near the water, pet-grade on doors and lower panels, and solar screen on hot west-facing rooms. We'll walk you through it on site.
Can you rescreen my porch or pool cage?: Yes — from single-panel repairs to complete rescreens of screened porches, lanais and pool enclosures.
Do you build custom window screens?: Yes. We measure every opening and build screens to fit, in multiple frame colors.
Do you install retractable screen doors?: Yes, along with swinging and sliding screen doors and pet-grade screen doors.

Do you repair and replace commercial doors?: Yes. We service storefront doors, closers, panic bars and office doors, and install new commercial doors.
Can you fix my sliding glass door?: Usually. Most sliding doors that grind or stick need new rollers or track repair. We also replace locks and handles, or the whole door when needed.
Do you replace residential entry doors?: Yes — entry, back and storm doors in steel, fiberglass and wood, including frame and hardware.
Do you repair windows?: Yes. We fix balances, sashes, locks and fogged or broken glass, and install energy-efficient replacement windows.

Do you install blinds and plantation shutters?: Yes. We measure, supply and install plantation shutters, wood and faux-wood blinds, and cellular and roller shades.
Are you licensed and insured?: Yes — licensed and fully insured in South Carolina, and every job is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty.
Do you work on rentals and commercial buildings?: We do. Property managers, short-term rentals, restaurants with screened patios and HOA common areas are all regular work for us.
